Santa's Sack is an active item in Haemo's Gizmos, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

When used, Isaac raises the sack above his head. Pressing a fire button will shoot out a spread of 5 Christmas gifts in the chosen direction.

Enemies hit by the gifts gain the Gifted status effect, which makes them drop random pickups on death.

The effect cannot stack, meaning the most optimal way to use this item is to hit as many enemies with the spread as possible.
