Book of Batteries is an active item in Haemo's Gizmos, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
55% chance to drop a Lil' Battery.
45% chance to fire a burst of 7 to 10 lasers in random directions, each dealing DamageStat + 60. At least one laser is guaranteed to chain to an enemy.
