Abacus is a passive item in Haemo's Gizmos, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Description

×0.66 damage.

Isaac fires an increasing amount of tears at once, resetting back to 1 after reaching 10.

Decreases the fire rate multiplier depending on how many tears Isaac will fire next, from ×1.0 to ×0.33.
