Io is a passive item in Haemo's Gizmos, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Isaac's head shoots lava tears every 0.4 seconds whenever there's enemies in the room.

When the lava tear lands, it creates a gust of fire which deals 3x Isaac's damage in a small area.

The lava tries to land on enemies 55% of the time, otherwise it's random.

Grants immunity to damage from fire places or enemy fires, as well as the lake of lava in The Beast fight.
