Janus is a passive item in Haemo's Gizmos, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Each door in the room emits an aura. Standing in it grants:
• ×1.2 damage multiplier (×1.5 if the door is from a red room)
• ×1.5 fire rate multiplier
• Homing tears

Secret rooms don't have an aura until they're open, but they'll emit sparkles, revealing their positions.
