Friendly Noose item
Friendly Noose is an active item in Haemo's Gizmos, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Converts every Shopkeeper in the room into a friendly version of a random keeper enemy, Keepers, Hangers and Greed Gapers.
They have 2x health in comparison to their enemy counterpart, or 3x if the shopkeeper was a Special Shopkeeper
Spawns 3-5 blue spiders for each shopkeeper converted.
Charms Greed/Super Greed, however friendly minibosses only last for one room
Instantly kills Isaac if used against Ultra Greed.
