Big Head is a passive item in Haemo's Gizmos, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Running straight into a wall or an obstacle sends out rock waves that deal 10 damage per tick to enemies and break obstacles.

Rock waves can break open door entrances, including Secret Rooms. They can also break open Bomb Chests.

The effect has a 5 second cooldown, indicated by a beep and Isaac flashing white once it's ready again.
