Bad Apple is an unlockable trinket in Heaven's Call, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

While in an active room, rotten apples begin spawning around the floor with approximately a 5% chance per second.

Only one rotten apple can exist at a time.

After a few seconds, a giant snake will sweep vertically through the positions of the rotten apples.

The snake deals heavy armor-piercing damage to enemies.

The snake can also damage Isaac.

Rotten apples can only exist in a room with enemies and will disappear if the room is cleared.
