Quantum Shard trinket
Quantum Shard is an unlockable trinket in Heaven's Call, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
On hit, there's a 13% chance to nullify the damage and teleport Isaac to a random, valid position in the room.
The teleport has no regard for whether the position is actually safe, meaning it can teleport Isaac on top of an enemy.
The trinket changes position when it's left in a room, meaning it can randomly appear in an unreachable location, this effect can be re-triggered indefinitely.
