Neptune's Lure is an unlockable trinket in Heaven's Call, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Room generated items have a 50% chance to be upgraded by one quality level.
Upgraded items will have their sprites hidden, similar to Curse of the Blind!.
Does not affect quality 4 items.
