+0.48 fire rate for the current room when used for the first time on a stage.

Deals a full heart of damage and activates The Necronomicon effect, dealing 40 damage to all enemies in the room.

Deals only half a heart of damage after the first use in the same room, and adds only +0.15 fire rate for the current stage bonus.

Prioritizes red hearts.

Bypasses boss armor.

• Take 1 heart of self damage to gain a tears up and deal 40 damage to all enemies in the current room
• subsequent uses in the same room cost 1/2 heart
• Consumes red hearts before other heart types
• Abyss: x1 necrotic locust .5x Isaac's damage
• Book of Virtues: x1 middle wisp - 8 hp - 3 damage
