Mr. Boom item
Mr. Boom is an active item in The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Places down a large bomb that deals 185 damage, identical to the ones spawned by Mr. Mega.
The bomb is compatible with all bomb modifiers.
Can drop by the Wrath mini-boss.
