Glaucoma is a passive item in The Binding of Isaac, added in the Afterbirth+ DLC.

Adds a 5% chance to shoot concussive tears that cause enemies to walk around randomly.

The effect is permanent for normal enemies, and a very longer than usual duration for bosses when compared to other status effects.

Makes the screen darker.

The chance to shoot concussive tears is not affected by luck.
