Cone Head item
Cone Head is a passive item in The Binding of Isaac, added in the Afterbirth+ DLC.
Description
+1 Soul Heart.
Grants a 20% chance to negate any type of damage dealt to Isaac. This also includes damage from self-sacrifice mechanics, such as Curse Rooms, 
Blood Donation Machines, 
Devil Beggars, etc.
Damage negation is indicated by Isaac briefly flashing blue.
