Gives Isaac a chance to simultaneously shoot a tear out of an eye on the back of his head.

The chance starts at 50% with 0 luck and goes up to 100% with 5 luck.

This item contributes towards the Yes Mother? transformation. Collecting 3 items from this set will give Isaac a stationary knife that trails behind him and deals 2x contact damage.
