Almond Milk item
Almond Milk is a passive item in The Binding of Isaac, added in the Repentance DLC.
Description
×4 fire rate multiplier.
×0.3 damage multiplier.
-0.16 tear size.
Causes each tear fired to gain a random worm trinket effect, as well as some item effects such as Rubber Cement, My Reflection and Tiny Planet.
