Urn of Souls is an unlockable active item in The Binding of Isaac, added in the Repentance DLC.
Makes Isaac pull out (or put away) the Urn that, while out, can be fired by holding the shooting buttons in any direction.
The Urn shoots a constant stream of blue flames that deal 22.5-31.5 damage per second, depending on how far the flames have travelled, plus an additional 4.5 × CurrentFloor damage.
Isaac is pushed backwards while shooting the Urn.
The flames can destroy enemy projectiles and other fires, but will bounce off of rocks.
The Urn can only be recharged by picking up enemy souls that spawn when killing enemies. Up to 20 souls can be stored at once.
Bosses' souls grant a larger boost.
Each soul charge can shoot up to 15 flames over the course of half a second.
