Chocolate Milk is a passive item in The Binding of Isaac.

Isaac can hold down the shoot button to fire a more powerful tear depending on the charge.

Damage scales from 10% at minimum to 400% at full charge.

A higher tear stat can increase the minimum damage but decrease the maximum.
