My Little Unicorn item
My Little Unicorn is an active item in The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Gives invulnerability and +0.28 speed for 6 seconds.
Isaac cannot shoot any tears while active, but can instead deal 20 damage per tick (40 per second).
Also speeds up the game's music.
Note

• Book of Virtues: Deals +8 additional contact damage
