PHD item
PHD is a passive item in The Binding of Isaac.
Description
On pickupHeals 2 red hearts.
Spawns a random pill on the ground.
While heldIdentifies all pills upon pickup.
Converts negative pills into their positive counterparts or removes their negative effects.
Adds 0-2 coins to the payout every time a 
Blood Donation Machine or IV Bag is used.
In Hard Mode, adds exactly 1 coin to the payout.
