+1 Half Black Heart.
+2 damage.
-0.18 speed.

Grants the ability to destroy obstacles by walking into them.

Allows Isaac to deal 20 contact damage per tick (40 per second) to enemies.

Changes the color of Isaac's tears to red.

Isaac makes a demonic sound when taking damage in a room where the item was used.

If used multiple times in the same room, the speed penalty applies only once, but the damage bonus stacks.

All bonuses apply only for the current room.
