We Need To Go Deeper! is an active item in The Binding of Isaac.

Spawns a trapdoor that leads to the next floor.

If used on a tile with a special graphic (e.g. grass, piece of garbage, etc), it will instead spawn a Crawl Space once per floor.

If used in Womb II, the trapdoor will always lead to Sheol.

Can only spawn a Crawl Space trapdoor if used in any floor after Womb. Regular trapdoors won't be spawned in these floors.

Can be used on a dirt patch in the Dark Room to get a random chest.
