XII - The Hanged Man? is an unlockable consumable in The Binding of Isaac, added in the Repentance DLC.
Description
Isaac visually turns into Keeper for 30 seconds, gaining triple shot, and -0.1 speed.
Enemies killed by the converted character while the effect is active drop random coins.
Note

Defeat Ultra Greedier as Tainted Keeper.
