Blue Womb Room is a room in The Binding of Isaac, added in the Repentance DLC.

Blue Womb rooms are exclusive to the Blue Key trinket.

They are created when holding the trinket and attempting to enter a door that requires a key or coins to open. They act as an in-between of said room and the room Isaac is currently in.

Blue Womb rooms contain a variety of Blue Gapers, Blue Boils, and Blue Conjoined Fatties.

They usually appear as long rooms, and can yield a regular room-clear reward.

Once a Blue Womb Room is exited, it cannot be re-entered.

The door leading to Hush will also create a Blue Womb room.

This room is not part of the playable area and exists outside of the map's boundaries.
