Devil Treasure Room is a room in The Binding of Isaac, added in the Repentance DLC.

The Devil Treasure Room replaces the regular Treasure Room when holding Devil's Crown.

It acts similarly to a Treasure Room, but instead contains items from the Devil Room item pool in exchange for heart containers.

Taking an item from the Devil Treasure Room counts as making a deal with the devil.

The Treasure Room is instantly replaced and switched back when picking up or dropping Devil's Crown, unless it has been visited.

The reversed Treasure Room in Downpour/Dross II may not be converted into a Devil Treasure Room.

In Greed Mode, the Devil Treasure Room will instead use the Greed Devil Room item pool. It does not affect the Silver Treasure Room.
