Treasure Room is a room in The Binding of Isaac.

Contains a single item (rarely 2 items) from the Treasure Room item pool, and sometimes a Shop Restock Machine.

Requires a key to open, except on floor 1, where it is always unlocked.

Appears in every chapter before the Womb (one per floor). 2 also appear adjacent to the Blue Womb starting room.

When the floor is affected by Curse of the Labyrinth!, 2 Treasure Rooms will spawn.

In Greed Mode, a locked Treasure Room spawns on every floor except for The Shop and Ultra Greed, and contains items from the Greed Treasure Room item pool instead.

When a Treasure Room contains 2 items, only one of them can be taken, while the other one disappears. Rarely, some room layouts allow for both items to be taken.

When on the alternate path, the Treasure Room always contains 2 items, of which one is affected by Curse of the Blind!. Only one item may be taken.

Rarely, 3 items may appear in the Treasure Room on the alternate path. In this case, one can be taken freely, and the other 2 will be a choice.

A few very rare room layouts exist where the Treasure Room does not have any items.
