Secret Shop is a room in The Binding of Isaac, added in the Repentance DLC.

The Secret Shop is exclusive to Member Card. The trap door leading to it appears inside a regular Shop while holding the item.

The Secret Shop sells 2-5 of the following:
• Trinket (15¢).
• Item (15-30¢) from the following item pools: Secret Room, Shop, Devil Room, Angel Room and Boss. Devil/Angel items can cost up to 50¢ while Secret Room items can go up to 99¢.
• Card/Rune/Soul Stone (6-8¢).
• Black Heart/Bone Heart (8¢).
• Eternal Heart (15¢).
• Rotten Heart (5¢).

The trap door will spawn even if Greed or Super Greed was fought in the shop.

Other items spawned in the Secret Shop will be selected from the Shop item pool, or Greed Shop if playing on Greed Mode.

Only one Secret Shop may exist per floor. If multiple entrances are found, they will both lead to the same room.

This room is not part of the playable area and exists outside of the map's boundaries.

The Secret Shop is associated with the Shop item pool. Items that spawn in this room will be selected from the associated item pool.
