Bloody Crown trinket
Bloody Crown is an unlockable trinket in The Binding of Isaac, added in the Afterbirth+ DLC.
Description
Allows Treasure Rooms to appear in Chapter 4.
The trinket must be held prior to entering the floor in order to take effect.
