Baby-Bender trinket
Baby-Bender is an unlockable trinket in The Binding of Isaac, added in the Afterbirth+ DLC.
Description
Grants Isaac's familiars homing shots.

Use I - The Magician or Telepathy For Dummies while already having homing tears.
