Brain Worm trinket
Brain Worm is a trinket in The Binding of Isaac, added in the Repentance DLC.
Description
Isaac's tears snap 90 degrees to target enemies that they may have missed.
Won't work if Isaac is too close to enemies.
Has a chance of being dropped upon defeating Larry Jr., Scolex, The Hollow, or Pin. The chance for a trinket to drop is 1%, with every worm variant having an equal chance of being selected.
