Old Capacitor trinket
Old Capacitor is an unlockable trinket in The Binding of Isaac, added in the Repentance DLC.
Description
Prevents active items from charging normally when clearing rooms.
Adds a luck-based chance to spawn a Lil' Battery when clearing a room, alongside the original drop.
The chance to spawn a battery is equal to 20% + 3% × LuckStat, starting at 20% with 0 luck, but maxing out at 33% with 4.34 luck.
The room must drop a clear reward in order for the chance to apply.
