Charged Penny trinket
Charged Penny is an unlockable trinket in The Binding of Isaac, added in the Repentance DLC.
Description
Picking up coins has a chance to add one charge to Isaac's active item.
The chance is based on the coin's worth:
• 
Penny: 17% chance.
• 
Double Penny: 33% chance.
• 
Nickel: 83% chance.
• 
Dime: 99% chance.

Charged Penny
• Chance to add 1 charge to Isaac's active item when picking up coins
• Golden Trinket (without Mom's Box): Chance to add 2 charges to Isaac's active item when picking up coins
• Mom's Box: Chance to add 2 charges to Isaac's active item when picking up coins
• Mom's Box + Golden Trinket: Chance to add 3 charges to Isaac's active item when picking up coins
• Penny: 17%, Double Penny: 33%, Nickel: 83%, Dime: 99%
