Polished Bone is an unlockable trinket in The Binding of Isaac, added in the Repentance DLC.
Description
Clearing a room has a 25% chance to spawn a friendly Bony.

• Mom's Box + Golden Trinket: 50% chance to spawn a friendly Bony on room clear
