RC Remote is an unlockable trinket in The Binding of Isaac, added in the Repentance DLC.

Familiars no longer follow behind Isaac or shot on their own, and are now controlled with Isaac's inputs.

Holding the drop button allows Isaac to move independently from his familiars.

• Familiars mimic Isaac's movement and can be controlled
• Golden Trinket (without Mom's Box): Familiars deal 2 contact damage
• Mom's Box: Familiars deal 2 contact damage
• Mom's Box + Golden Trinket: Familiars deal 5 contact damage
