Beth's Essence trinket
Beth's Essence is an unlockable trinket in The Binding of Isaac, added in the Repentance DLC.
Description
Spawns 5 regular wisps upon entering an Angel Room.
Donating to Beggars has a chance to spawn a random wisp.

Defeat Mother as
