The Twins - The Binding of Isaac

The Twins is an unlockable trinket in The Binding of Isaac, added in the Repentance DLC.

Entering a room has a 50% chance to duplicate one of Isaac's familiars.

If Isaac has no familiars, it spawns Brother Bobby or Sister Maggy instead.

Has a 1% chance of being dropped upon defeating Horny Boys.

---	Trinket multipliers	Grants an additional +50% chance for the effect to trigger, which is independent from the other one. This means that more than one familiar can spawn or be duplicated.

• 50% chance to duplicate a familiar on entering a room
• Golden Trinket (without Mom's Box): 50% chance to duplicate 1-2 familiars on entering a room
• Mom's Box: 50% chance to duplicate 1-2 familiars on entering a room
• Mom's Box + Golden Trinket: Spawns 2 sacks at the beginning of each floor
• If Isaac has no familiars, will grant Brother Bobby or Sister Maggy instead
