Sigil of Baphomet is an unlockable trinket in The Binding of Isaac, added in the Repentance DLC.

Grants a shield that negates all types of damage for 1 second after killing an enemy.

Up to 5 seconds of invincibility can be accumulated by killing multiple enemies in quick succession.

• Killing an enemy grants 1 second of invincibility

• Golden Trinket (without Mom's Box): Killing an enemy grants 1.5 seconds of invincibility
• Golden Trinket (without Mom's Box): Additional kills stack up to a maximum of 7.5 seconds
• Mom's Box: Killing an enemy grants 1.5 seconds of invincibility
• Mom's Box: Additional kills stack up to a maximum of 7.5 seconds
• Mom's Box + Golden Trinket: Killing an enemy grants 2 seconds of invincibility
