Eve's Bird Foot is an unlockable trinket in The Binding of Isaac.

When an enemy dies, grants a 5% luck-based chance to spawn a Dead Bird familiar for the current room. This can happen only once per room.

The familiar deals 2 damage per tick (4.29 per second).

The chance to spawn the familiar scales with luck, starting at 5% with 0 luck, going up to 100% with 8 luck.

• 5% chance to spawn a dead bird familiar each time you kill an enemy
• Golden Trinket (without Mom's Box): 10% chance to spawn a dead bird familiar each time you kill an enemy
• Mom's Box: 10% chance to spawn a dead bird familiar each time you kill an enemy
• Mom's Box + Golden Trinket: 15% chance to spawn a dead bird familiar each time you kill an enemy
• Chance increases with luck
