Error is a trinket in The Binding of Isaac, added in the Afterbirth DLC.

Grants a random trinket effect in every room. The trinket's appearance on the HUD changes based on the currently granted effect.

Each trinket effect is locked for the room, meaning that re-entering the same room will grant the same effect.

• Golden Trinket (without Mom's Box): The effect is increased where possible
