Poker Chip is an unlockable trinket in The Binding of Isaac, added in the Afterbirth DLC.

If a chest would contain hearts, coins, bombs and/or keys, it has a 50/50 chance to either drop extra consumables or replace all of the chest's contents with an Attack Fly.

Has no effect on Red Chests, Old Chests, or chests that contain other types of pickups.

If a chest would've spawn an item of quality 0-2, it will be rerolled into an item from a higher quality, with the possibility of pulling from other item pools.

Increases the payout chances of Slot Machines, Fortune Telling Machines, Crane Games, Shell Games, and Shop Restock Machines.

Poker Chip

• 50/50 chance for chests to contain double the reward or spawn a hostile fly
• Chests that reward a low quality item will have the item rolled to a higher tier
• Increased odds of gambling victories
• Golden Trinket (without Mom's Box): Doubles gambling payouts
• Mom's Box: Doubles gambling payouts
• Mom's Box + Golden Trinket: Triples gambling payouts
