Ouroboros Worm is a trinket in The Binding of Isaac, added in the Afterbirth+ DLC.
Description
+0.4 tears.
+1.5 range.
Causes Isaac's tears to travel in a large spiral pattern.
Grants a luck-based chance to fire homing tears, reaching 100% with 9 luck.
Has a chance of being dropped upon defeating Larry Jr., Scolex, The Hollow, or Pin. The chance for a trinket to drop is 1%, with every worm variant having an equal chance of being selected.
