Nose Goblin is a trinket in The Binding of Isaac, added in the Afterbirth+ DLC.

Adds a 10% chance to fire a booger tear that sticks to enemies and deals damage to them over time.

Booger tears have a 50% chance to be homing.

Boogers deal Isaac's amount of damage each second, and last for 10 seconds.

Nose Goblin

• 10% chance to fire a booger that sticks to enemies for 10 seconds and deals Isaac's damage once per second
• 50% chance for the booger to be homing
• Golden Trinket (without Mom's Box): 20% chance to fire a booger that sticks to enemies for 10 seconds and deals Isaac's damage once per second
• Golden Trinket (without Mom's Box): 75% chance for the booger to be homing
• Mom's Box: 20% chance to fire a booger that sticks to enemies for 10 seconds and deals Isaac's damage once per second
• Mom's Box: 75% chance for the booger to be homing
• Mom's Box + Golden Trinket: 30% chance to fire a booger that sticks to enemies for 10 seconds and deals Isaac's damage once per second
• Mom's Box + Golden Trinket: 100% chance for the booger to be homing
