Key Piece 1 is an unlockable familiar in The Binding of Isaac.

+25% chance to spawn an Angel Room instead of a Devil Room when defeating the floor's boss.

Grants a +2.5% chance to convert Red Heart pickups into Eternal Hearts.

Unlocks the door to the Mega Satan fight in The Chest or Dark Room when combined with Key Piece 2.

Spawns when defeating Uriel if not already in possession.
