Isaac's Tears item
Isaac's Tears is an unlockable active item in The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Fires 8 tears around Isaac that retain Isaac's damage, range, shot speed and most tear effects.
Tears fired from this item gain a +5 flat damage bonus.
The item can only be charged by shooting tears: 1 tear shot will increase the item's charge by one.
Cannot copy tear-replacing items such as Brimstone.
