Mongo Baby is a familiar in The Binding of Isaac.

Spawns a familiar that follows Isaac and copies the tears of his other currently held familiars.

If Isaac has no other familiars, Mongo Baby will fire normal tears that deal 3.5 damage.

The familiar shoots 2.73 times per second.

• Harlequin Baby
• Little Gish

• Robo-Baby
