Godhead item
Godhead is an unlockable passive item in The Binding of Isaac.
Description
+0.5 damage.
-0.3 tears.
-0.3 shot speed.
Grants homing tears.
Tears gain a damaging aura that deals 2 damage per tick (60 per second).
The size of the aura scales with tear size.
