Lazarus' Rags item
Lazarus' Rags is an unlockable passive item in The Binding of Isaac.
Description
+1 extra life.
Upon death, respawns Isaac as Lazarus II in the current room with one less heart container (but no less than 1), the Anemic item and a permanent +0.5 damage.
Traveling to the next floor after the effect has been activated will revert the character into the regular Lazarus form, with his inherent extra life effect.
If playing as 
Tainted Lazarus, revives as that character instead.

Defeat Isaac as Lazarus.
