Glowing Hourglass is an active item in The Binding of Isaac, added in the Afterbirth DLC.

Undoes everything that happened in the current room and returns Isaac to the previous room.

Will restore any health, bombs, coins, keys, cards (except Joker), runes, pills, items and trinkets.

Will restore devil/angel deal chance if red heart damage has been taken.

Will remove completion marks obtained in the current room.

Will reset even counters, such as the Donation Machine progress.

Can only be used 3 times per floor, after which it will turn into The Hourglass for the rest of the floor.

Can be used to go back to the previous floor if used in the starting room of a new floor. This will immediately turn it into The Hourglass for the entire floor.

Does not affect the chance for a Devil/Angel Room to spawn, or a Void portal appearing, as these chances are seeded per run.

If used in the starting room of a run, teleports Isaac directly to the Home floor.
