Delirious item
Delirious is an unlockable active item in The Binding of Isaac, added in the Afterbirth+ DLC.
Description
Spawns Delirum in the form of a friendly boss for the current room.
Randomizes the room appearance, similarly to the effect caused by Delirium.

Defeat Delirium.
