Bozo item
Bozo is an unlockable passive item in The Binding of Isaac, added in the Afterbirth+ DLC.
Description
+1 Soul Heart.
+0.1 flat damage.
Randomly causes enemies to briefly become charmed or feared.
Taking damage has a 5% chance to spawn a Rainbow Poop.
Picking up the item multiple times will not grant further damage ups.
